Damaged or Incorrect Items

Each print is produced to order and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

 

Change of Mind

As all prints are produced to order, I do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal preference. Please ensure you check artwork dimensions carefully before placing your order.

 

Returns Process

If your item qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact me within 14 days of delivery via the contact form or by emailing info@delartelle.com with your order number.

  2. I will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions if necessary.

  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for damaged or incorrect items. For all other cases, please refer to the refunds policy above.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note: The return shipping refunds will be made once we have received the item and inspected it.

Side note: If you paid for your order with Paypal, they will refund your return shipping costs for up to 30 USD on 12 eligible purchases a year so check them out.
